Bluebird is the brand new, 50 bed development in the heart of the City of Southend-on-Sea, providing blue skies and bright futures for local people experiencing homelessness. On average, at HARP we support around 1,000 people every year. Bluebird will provide stability for up to 50 people, enabling more local people to take positive steps towards overcoming homelessness for good.
